This is a part-time position for 16-19yo LGBTQIA+ teens in or around STL County. The initial commitment is 20-30 working hours during our pilot semester (February 2026-June 2026), at $20/hour. Click here for the full job description. We are hosting information sessions! Not required, but we would love to see you and a guardian at one of these. Sign up here.

  • Applications open on January 10th and will be accepted on a rolling basis until February 13th.
  • A 30-minute interview will take place between the time your application is submitted and February 18th, we will contact you for scheduling.
    Selected Advocates must be available February 21st & 22nd for training 11am-4pm and March 6th for mock sessions 6-8pm. Guardian consent is required upon hire.
